  • Meaning of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-10 in the formation of placental insufficiency
    The purpose of the study is the evaluation intracellular production of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) placental deciduas macrophages in women with pregnancy complicated and physiological. The findings suggest that an important role in the formation of the placenta plays an adequate production of cytokines, and its breach can lead to structural and functional changes.
